4. have nice layout, with good grammar and spelling;
5. be reachable from a search engine like Google;
If you don't quite meet every condition or you're not sure, feel free to try

What steps do you follow?
Three easy steps...
1. Email me about your site, your wish to affiliate, and how to link to it
(a small button is best).
2. Wait for me to reply. I'll tell you whether I agree or not.
3. If we're both happy, add link to my site in your affiliates section,
and I'll do the same for you.

Affiliates are two web sites that display a link to each other's site,
commonly on the margin of their home page.
What are the responsibilities of affiliation?
1. Feature your affiliate's link on your site.
2. Let your affiliate know if your site has moved.
3. Let your affiliate know if you no longer want to affiliate.
What are the benefits of affiliation?
The main benefit is visits to your site by people clicking on the link
that your affiliate displays on their site.
Are there conditions of affiliation?
Usually each site has some conditions. The main condition is that there is
some common subject matter (e.g., Pokémon). Some sites have more
stringent conditions relating to quality and/or hit count (the daily number of
visitors to your site).
